At 45, Frédéric Prince pivoted from commercial operations to drug development with no prior experience. His story of ambition, humility, and resilience is a must-listen for aspiring career switchers.

Frédéric has worked for Novartis in five countries, he was the GM of Bluebird in France, and today he is in charge of early development programs in oncology and gene therapy at Roche.

With great humility, he looks back on :
→ how he organized his switch,
→ being patient and not losing sight of your final project,
→ accepting that you're going not to be at the top of your game.

He takes us behind the scenes of a world where the medical world takes center stage:

- He looks back on his adventure to bring new therapies to France.
- He explains the differences in style between these two worlds.
- He goes back over the management of a SUSAR*.
- He explains how he manages his personal balance.

A concentrate of authenticity and humility, in the service of what's best for patients.

You'll find ambition, excellence and a lot of serenity for those who have in mind to switch their career.

*suspected unexpected serious adverse reactions
