10 years ago, for personal reasons, she decided to move to Germany to work on generics for Sandoz. But nothing went according to her plan.

👇 When she arrived:

The business challenge is enormous.
She comes to think that she's not up to it.
But through authenticity and courage, she finds the resources.

All this in a country where its industrial heritage is being touched, in a language she has just learned to master, on issues affecting millions of people.

Today, Sandrine Piret-Gerard is Head of Gilead US on ultra-innovative molecules for HIV, viral hepatitis, COVID and oncology.

👇 In this interview she looks back at what she has learned in her career:

→ her secrets for combining humanity and performance
→ how she learned to be a GM
→ why she has been loyal to one company for 19 years
→ what working in the US has given her
→ what being a CEO means to her
→ her leadership secrets, on how she gives feedback
→ At the end of the discussion she gives her tips for being happy at work.

Sandrine is a gem of authenticity who truly cares for people yet holds them accountable to high standards.

💘 Hard to hide that I had an inspirational crush.

Who knows maybe you'll have a crush too!
